The complexity and granularity of our segmentation depends entirely on your requirements. However, we would typically recommend starting small (< 10 consumer segments) before intensifying the analysis.
For bespoke segmentation and profiling we would recommend the incorporation of socio-demographic and other relevant data where appropriate, in order to maximise insight.
We also offer standard segmentation products for some sectors (e.g. Frequent Flyers) and standard Recency, Frequency and Value segmentation models which can be applied across industry sectors.
